Licensed full-time real estate professionals since 2005, Michelle enjoyed a successful career in new home construction sales for Kennedy Homes & Richmond American prior to becoming a REALTOR®.  Frankie became a licensed full-time real estate professional in 2006 and joined Michelle after a successful sales & marketing career in the environmental services industry for over 18 years. Frankie proudly served our country as a soldier in the US Army for 7 years where determination and motivation was standard practice.  It has carried over to his post-military career when helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

The Nunez Homes Team was established in 2013 with a mission to assist sellers, buyers and investors throughout the Lake, McHenry and Northern Cook County areas. As a native New Yorker from the Bronx, Frankie enjoys fishing, reading and being in the great outdoors. Married since 1999, we enjoy going to museums, amusement parks, botanical gardens and zoos.
