News Flash... They're now with Baird & Warner in Lake Zurich, Illinois! Congratulations on the change after these many years. If you MOVED, it must mean you found something you like even better and that's a beautiful new home for your awesome real estate business! We have bought and sold two homes through Nunez Homes and can't say enough about the thorough, friendly, all encompassing, super business development skills that Michelle and Frankie bring to the Realtor experience you get when you sign with them! We saw our present new house one Thurs at 5:30 pm, made an offer by 8:30pm, countered at 9:30 pm, closed the deal at 8:30am the next morning! Frankie acted fast, he informed us every step of the way, we saw comps, we read the data, we trusted his experience, we are now very happy homeowners in an extremely tight senior citizens home exclusive community in a new house we bought after buying our first home through them in the same subdivision 3 1/2 years ago!
