Frankie and Michelle have helped my wife's family buy and sell their homes for the past few years, and I couldn't imagine using anyone else! They are not only extremely knowledgeable about the market in McHenry, Lake, and Cook counties, but they put in the time to walk you through every step of the process. Their attention to detail and personal touch made our home buying process (closed 1-17-2024) as painless as it could be. They are very giving of their time, are always available, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Any time I hear of someone looking to buy or sell a home in Northern IL I always give them Frankie and Michelle's contact information. They really go above and beyond what a realtor could be expected to do. They enjoy their work and their clients and it shows! Now that we've closed on our new house, we will of course be selling our condo with the Nunez home team. I wish I could give more than five stars!
