This review has been a long time coming. My wife and I were first time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to purchase our first home. After speaking with Frankie and Michelle Nunez, we instantly knew we were in the best hands possible to help us find our first home. Both were upfront and honest with us about what we could afford, where we would want to buy and took into account our interests and what we wanted in a home. Frankie and Michelle are both informative, knowledgeable in the profession and had our best interest in mind. They really helped to take the pressure off of us. We closed on our home in May 2019 using The Nunez Homes Team and we couldn't have been happier that we chose them to help us along the way. They walked us through every step of the process, even with the million questions my wife had, answered any questions we had, returned our phone calls promptly and made sure that this was the most comfortable and stress-free experience we ever had. About 2 months into our new home, our air conditioner went out during the hottest days in July. Thankfully we had a 1-year home warranty with our closing and I promptly called the home warranty service. They advised us that there was a glitch with the warranty and to contact the sellers directly to figure it out. Without hesitation and early in the morning, I called Frankie and advised him of the situation. He said, "Give me 10 min and I will have it fixed for you." Sure enough 10 minutes later, I had an email from our home warranty stating our account had been fixed and to set up a time to get our air conditioner fixed. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Frankie and Michelle Nunez as they are true professionals and they genially care about their clients. It is not easy being a first-time home buyer, however they made our first home buying experience easy and enjoyable.
