Michelle and Frankie Nunez are a FANTASTIC duo!!! They made the buying and selling process so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. Between both of their sense of humor and their knowledge of pretty much everything when it comes to real estate, We felt like we were working with our best friends rather than real estate agents. Even though, they work with a tons of clients at the same time, they always made us feel like we were their only ones. If we called or texted them they would often respond in 2 minutes or less. They really bent over backward for us. The Nunez Team is a 15 out of 10!

News Flash... They're now with Baird & Warner in Lake Zurich, Illinois! Congratulations on the change after these many years. If you MOVED, it must mean you found something you like even better and that's a beautiful new home for your awesome real estate business! We have bought and sold two homes through Nunez Homes and can't say enough about the thorough, friendly, all encompassing, super business development skills that Michelle and Frankie bring to the Realtor experience you get when you sign with them! We saw our present new house one Thurs at 5:30 pm, made an offer by 8:30pm, countered at 9:30 pm, closed the deal at 8:30am the next morning! Frankie acted fast, he informed us every step of the way, we saw comps, we read the data, we trusted his experience, we are now very happy homeowners in an extremely tight senior citizens home exclusive community in a new house we bought after buying our first home through them in the same subdivision 3 1/2 years ago! They know the market, they know the builders, they know their buyers and their sellers~ that knowledge and experience translates into quick sales, right amount offers, exactly placed bids, perfect selling prices! Real Estate Markets are no place for inexperienced buyers or sellers to TRY their luck! Luck has nothing to do with transactions in 2022. You better KNOW how the real estate business works today because yesterday and tomorrow are no indications of where it will go.
