They made selling our townhouse and purchasing our new home in Beach Park look easy! Michelle was an absolute joy to work with, her knowledge of the industry is unmatched. I have heard horror stories of selling and buying at the same time and my wife and I were worried it couldn't happen... Michelle made it happen! We closed on our new home on October 5th and the sale of our townhouse was finalized on the 12th of October. That's not even the best part, we put our townhouse on the market the Sunday before Labor Day and we were under contact within 72 house... that's with a HOLIDAY! Both my wife and I have truly enjoyed working with Michelle and the Nunez Homes Team. They worked at our speed and timeframe, never being pushing or just "trying to make a sale". Over the past year and half my wife and I went back and forth if we were ready to sell and start looking, we would call/text/email Michelle every time and she was ready to help. Then when we decided to slow down, Michelle was so accommodating... then next day we would send a new listing/home we liked and she would start all over with us... patience of a saint, Michelle has. The whole team is very professional, has amazing contacts to work with, and is always available... days, evenings, weekends... even in middle of the night when you start freaking out about the home inspection in the morning... Can't say enough about how lucky my wife and I were to have Michelle on our side of the table. Make the right decision, choose the Nunez Homes Team, you will not regret it... I guarantee it!

I and many others moved my sister out of this home today. A home she and her husband who had recently passed away lived in for 25 years. What makes this so special is that both she and her husband were blind and have been their whole lives. They were and are successful parts of the community, working their jobs, grooming their own Lawns and paying their own bills. After a devastating loss of her husband, my sister picked herself up and with the help of others orchestrated the sale of her house. Thank you so much to Frankie Michelle Nunez!! without their graciousness, they're Exquisite professionalism and amazing compassion for such a difficult time in my sister's life we would not have been able to sell this house in such a short time and with such ease!!!! I could not be more grateful for the support Michelle and Frankie provided during my entire home buying experience. As a young single woman and a first home buyer it was difficult to know where to even start. Luckily, Michelle and Frankie took the time to explain the entire process and make sure that I was taking all necessary steps to make it possible for me to buy a home and ease the stress of it. All the doubts I had were immediately cleared up through the reassurance and guidance they provided. I've heard horror stories from friends and family about bad realtors but I was blessed to have found such an amazing duo to make this experience the best it could possibly be. I knew this process would have ups and downs but I wasn't mentally prepared for the heartbreaking moment when you lose your first love; when I was about to put in my first offer on what I thought was my dream home, I was turned down because they had already accepted another offer just hours before I placed mine. I felt completely discouraged but in that moment Frankie was there to reassure me that we would find another home that's even better. "Everything happens for a reason" is what he told me. That evening Michelle called to check in on me to make sure everything was okay and also reassure me that things like this happen for a reason. It made me realize that I wasn't going through this process alone and that they were my supporters, advisors, and friends when I needed them most. I cannot express how amazing it felt to have two of the most passionate people to share this home buying experience with. And of course, I got the happy ending. I found a beautiful home that was exactly what I wanted and their words of encouragement held true; everything did happen for a reason and I am a firm believer that having these two outstanding realtors helping me buy my first home was the perfect example. There is a reason I met Michelle and Frankie and there is a reason my "first love" fell through. It all happened to lead me where I am today and I am so happy with the way it all turned out.
